Cherman James is an inspiring entrepreneur who has been following a vegan diet for almost 18 years. He has always been passionate about eating fresh fruits and vegetables since his childhood days in Jamaica, where he grew up eating local produce and drinking ginger tea every morning. However, when he moved to America in 1999, he noticed a lack of access to fresh produce that he was used to back home. This realization led him to start his own business, Cjuice LLC, to provide customers with access to Caribbean juice varieties using fresh, organic ingredients.
Cherman’s upbringing in Jamaica instilled in him a love for fresh produce and the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. He grew up eating fresh fruits and vegetables that were abundant in the tropical climate of Jamaica. He fondly remembers eating mangoes, tamarind, and golden beets, which were readily available in his hometown. Ginger tea was also a staple in his household, as it was known to have numerous health benefits such as aiding digestion and boosting the immune system. Cherman’s experience with fresh produce and traditional home remedies laid the foundation for his future business venture.
When Cherman moved to America, he noticed a significant difference in the quality of fruits and vegetables available in stores. He found that many of the fruits and vegetables were grown using pesticides and were not fresh. This experience led him to become more interested in organic farming and the health benefits of consuming organic produce. Cherman became a vegan and began to focus on creating healthy juice recipes that were made using organic, locally sourced ingredients. He began experimenting with different fruits and vegetables, such as ginger, turmeric, and golden beet, to create unique and flavorful juice recipes.
Cherman’s passion for healthy living and his desire to share his love for Caribbean flavors led him to start Cjuice LLC. He believed that there was a need for fresh, organic juice options that reflected his Caribbean heritage. His company offers a range of cold-pressed organic juice recipes that incorporate ingredients such as ginger, turmeric, tamarind, mango, golden beet, carrot, orange, and apple. Cjuice LLC has a mission to promote healthy living and sustainable farming practices while creating delicious and nutritious juice options for their customers.
